If you are the owner of a primary or secondary residence and you would like to have a reliable, available and competent person to help you with the maintenance of your home occasionally or regularly : cleaning, gardening, handy-man services: Scandinavian Clean is there for you!
Our main objective is that Swedish/Scandinavians who lives on the Riviera, all the year or on seasonal period, feel secure with the management of their home.
The lack of time and the distance between you and your second home complicate the management of your home and this is why we suggest you to deal with our teams who will become a real extension of yourself.
Get assured: we will be your eyes to watch over your house and your hands to do small house work and maintain your garden.

Regular cleaning
We offer a tailor-made cleaning service adapted to your needs. We will analyze together, the rooms to include in the cleaning, the frequency and work hours needed for.
In addition to our “Weekly cleaning” here are the services on request that you can add according to your needs:
Property Management
Scandinavian Clean takes care of your home with a range of services and small attentions :

We offer continuous gardening: you choose what you want us to do and how often. In addition, with holiday gardening, you can be sure that we will take care of the garden when you are away.
Handy-man services
You would like to have help with small work house ?
We can help you with most of your small daily tasks, for example:
• Miscellaneous maintenance (changing light bulbs…)
• Assembly of furniture
• Assembly and installation of shelves and painting
• Installation of curtains
• Installation of your garden furniture for the summer
The benefits of working with us
Without obligation
If you wish to cancel a current service, we ask you to do so only one month before you wish to terminate the service so that we can reorganized our schedules.
The double satisfaction guarantee
Our main objective is your complete satisfaction: that’s why we offer you to return within 48 hours, at no additional cost, if the service had not met your expectations during our intervention.
If this is still not in line with your expectations, you will not pay for the service.
Insurance for all
Scandinavian Clean makes every effort to ensure that each person in our collaboration evolves in a secure environment. Indeed, a complete Civil Liability Insurance has been set up to protect: your home, your property, your keys as well as the employee who intervenes in your home.

Managing your keys
• All keys are stored in our S2*rated safe*
• Not all keys are marked and cannot be traced back to any address

We usually start with a meeting at your home to learn more about your needs and priorities. We bring with us detailed information on each of our procedures.
If you’re away, we are also used to receiving remote instructions via phone or video conference.
Our services can be adapted to varying needs during the year.
For example: if you need a surveillance of your home 10 months a year and more frequent help during the summer we adapt together our arrangement.
